"Von Casa Luna Among The Birds" was made in Oratia/Titirangi & Belmont during 2022/2023.

Set amongst Native Forest and the noises of nature Ukiah and Sven wrote "Electrify Your Love" and got their friends around to record on it.

Ukiah had written some other songs "My Sunset & August Moon" and tracked them on the same weekend.

"Western Wind" was recorded a week later in a House that over looked Davies bay in Titirangi.

Bones of the songs were more a less tracked live In multiple houses. Using old gear and vintage instruments a South Pacific Folk/Rock sound began to take shape.

Ukiah believes in the power of the moment and channeling a muse that sometimes throws a whole song out in One Take. Living in the moment, trusting in the moment, and finding the true character in the song that shows itself.
